Appointment of members of the Supervisory Board of Ten Square Games S.A. based on the personal rights of Ten Square Games S.A. shareholders.

Content of the report:
Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. “The Company” informs that on May 12, 2020 the Company received from its shareholders:
1. Maciej Popowicz, representing 30.39% of the Company’s share capital, statement on exercising his personal right to appoint three members of the Supervisory Board, including one to act as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, to which shareholder is entitled pursuant to article 14 section 3 item 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association. Maciej Popowicz declared his appointment of: Rafał Olesiński PESEL: 74051300518, who shall be appointed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Tomasz Drożdżyński PESEL: 84112602532 and Wiktor Schmidt PESEL: 82120203237 to the Company’s Supervisory Board for a new term of office, commencing after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on May 20, 2020, at which the Company’s financial statements for 2019 are to be approved;
2. Arkadiusz Pernal, representing 14.54% of the Company’s share capital, statement on exercising his personal right to appoint one member of the Supervisory Board, to which the shareholder is entitled pursuant to article 14 section 3 item 4 of the Company’s Articles of Association. Arkadiusz Pernal has informed of the appointment of Maciej Marszałek PESEL: 80020604697 to the Company’s Supervisory Board for a new term of office, commencing after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on May 20, 2020, at which the Company’s financial statements for 2019 are to be approved.
At the same time, the Company’s Management Board declares that the CVs and statements of the Supervisory Board members required by law will be published immediately after they are received by the Company’s Management Board.
