Member of the Supervisory Board of IZOBLOK GmbH with its registered office in Ohrdruf, Germany – which is not competitive to the Company’s business;
b. does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of a body;
c. is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Tomasz Drożdżyński, according to the submitted statements:
a. outside the Issuer’s enterprise conducts the following activities: Gamesture sp. z o.o. and Tapspin Tomasz Drożdżyński, which is a competitor of the Company;
b. participates in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its body: Gamesture Sp. o.o.;
c. is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Wiktor Schmidt, according to the submitted statements:
a. outside the Issuer’s enterprise conducts the following activities:
Member of the Management Board and one of the two main shareholders of Netguru S.A. with its registered office in Poznan KRS 0000745671,
– which is not competitive to the Company’s business;
b. does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of a body;
c. is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Maciej Marszałek, according to the submitted statements:
a. outside the Issuer’s enterprise conducts the following activities:
Insurtech Ventures S.A. – President of the Management Board
– which is not competitive to the Company’s business;
b. does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of a body;
c. is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
