Notification of transactions in the Company’s shares
Legal basis: Article 19(3) MAR – information on transactions performed by persons performing managerial duties.
Content of the report:
Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (“Company”) informs that today the Company received a notification from Maciej Zużałek – CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD – about a transaction performed on the Company’s shares referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
The content of the notification shall be provided by the Company in an appendix.
