Admission of the issuer’s securities to trading

Content of the report:

Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that today, i.e. on 21 October 2020, it has received information that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (the “WSE”) adopted on 19 October 2020 Resolution No. 799/2020 concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main Market of series B ordinary bearer shares of the Company. In accordance with the resolution, the Management Board of the WSE:

• admitted 26,066 (twenty-six thousand sixty-six) series B ordinary bearer shares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten grosz) each (“Shares”), to trading on the parallel market;
• has decided to introduce the Shares as of 21 October 2020 to exchange trading on the parallel market, provided that the Central Securities Depository of Poland registers the Shares on 21 October 2020 and labels them with the code “PLTSQGM00016”.

The resolution of the WSE Management Board entered into force on the date of its adoption.
