In order to ensure a transparent and effective information policy, the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that the estimated consolidated bookings in games (excluding deferred revenue) of the Ten Square Games Capital Group in the first quarter of 2023 amounted to PLN 123.3 million.
In the estimated amount of bookings, PLN 72.2 million relates to bookings generated by the Fishing Clash game (excluding licensing revenues from China), which accounts for approx. 59% of consolidated revenues. Another PLN 32.2 million (26%) relates to bookings in Hunting Clash.
Bookings in consecutive months amounted to:
– January 2023: PLN 41.3 million, including Fishing Clash (without license revenue from China) – PLN 25.1 million and Hunting Clash – PLN 9.5 million.
– February 2023: PLN 40.2 million, including Fishing Clash (excluding license revenue from China) – PLN 22.2 million and Hunting Clash – PLN 11.9 million.
– March 2023: PLN 41.8 million, including Fishing Clash (excluding license revenue from China) – PLN 24.9 million and Hunting Clash – PLN 10.8 million.
The Management Board also informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. The final information on sales revenues, taking into account deferred revenues, will be published in the consolidated periodic report. The next periodic report provided by the Company is the consolidated quarterly report for the period ended March 31, 2023, which will be published on May 22, 2023.
