The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that on February 28, 2024 it received notifications about transactions made in the Company’s shares, submitted in accordance with Art. 19 section MAR 1from the following people:
– Magdalena Jurewicz – Member of the Company’s Management Board;
– Przemysław Jurewicz – a person closely related to Magdalena Jurewicz – Member of the Company’s Management Board;
– AMP Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji – a person closely related to Arkadiusz Pernal – Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board;
The notifications were submitted in connection with the sale of the Company’s shares by the above-mentioned persons during the buyback of shares carried out by the Company. The Company announced the completion of the buyback of its own shares in current report no. 9/2024 of February 27, 2024.
