Legal grounds: Article 19 (3) of the MAR – information on transactions performed by persons performing managerial duties.
The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that on 9th August 2021 the Company received notification concerning the performance of transaction involving shares in the Company submitted in accordance with Article 19 (1) of the MAR by Wojciech Gattner.
The content of the notification is provided by the Company in the attachment hereto (original version in Polish).
