Appointment of Members of the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. for the current joint term of the Management Board

Content of the report:
Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that on 17 December 2020, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolutions on the appointment of the following persons for members of the Management Board of the current term:
Janusz Dziemidowicz – Member of the Board;
Wojciech Gattner – Member of the Board;
Anna Idzikowska – Member of the Board;
Andrzeja Ilczuk – Member of the Board.
The appointments shall be effective as of the date of the registration by the competent registry court of the amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association, made by way of Resolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company of 16 December 2020.
According to the statements made, Janusz Dziemidowicz:
is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
conducts other business activities outside Ten Square Games S.A., i.e. sole proprietorship under a business name Janusz Dziemidowicz, which is not competitive towards the Company;
does not participate in other companies competitive towards the Company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership, capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its bodies.
According to the statements made, Wojciech Gattner:
is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
conducts other business activities outside Ten Square Games S.A., i.e. sole proprietorship under a business name Wojciech Gattner Consulting, which is not competitive towards the Company;
does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
According to the statements made, Anna Idzikowska:
is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
conducts other business activity outside Ten Square Games S.A., i.e. sole proprietorship under a business name iDzik Consulting Anna Idzikowska, which is not competitive towards the Company;
does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
According to the statements made, Andrzej Ilczuk:
is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
conducts other business activities outside Ten Square Games S.A., i.e. sole proprietorship under a business name Andrzej Ilczuk, which is not competitive towards the Company
does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
