The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A., headquartered in Wrocław, Poland (hereinafter the “Company”), with reference to the information provided in current report number 14/2024 dated April 23, 2024, informs that on April 24, 2024 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to evaluate the Management Board’s proposal for the distribution of the Company’s profit for the 2023 fiscal year and to make a recommendation to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
After evaluating the Company’s Financial Statements for 2023 and reviewing the Management Board’s proposal presented to the Supervisory Board regarding the distribution of profit for 2023, the Company’s Supervisory Board positively evaluated the said proposal and recommended to the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that the net profit for the fiscal year 2023 in the amount of PLN 16,662,194 (sixteen million six hundred sixty-two thousand one hundred ninety-four zlotys) be transferred to the Company’s supplementary capital.
The final decision on the distribution of profit for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 will be made by the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders.
