Traugutta 45, 50-416 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000704863, REGON: 021744780, NIP: 8982196752 “Company”, acting based on Article. 399 § 1 and art. 402ą and art. 402 of the Act – Code of Commercial Companies, convenes the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company for June 14, 2023, at 12.00, which will be held at the Company’s registered office in Wrocław at Traugutta 45.
